Some of them are on the crossroad at the moment, looking for new challenges. Most of them are working today on key positions by their current employers; however as open-minded and curious people they are always interested in developments on labor market and ready to discuss new opportunities.

How we treat our candidates?

Our candidates are treated by the same principles as we are treating our clients i.e. confidentiality, delicacy and mutual respect. Maybe this is the reason why many of our current candidates become our future clients.

Our database is closed i.e. seen only by our consultants. We will never give any data about our candidates to the client before asking permission from the candidate.

What is the benefit of being our candidate?

Getting personal notifications of Amrop projects will widen our candidates’ opportunities on labor market.

How is it possible to join Amrop database?

Dear CANDIDATE,

As you may be aware, enforcement of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) begins on 25 May 2018. The GDPR brings with it a number of important changes that may affect the way we provide services to you.

While we endeavour to ensure that these requirements have a minimal impact on our relationship with you, you may notice some changes. For example, the GDPR introduces new rights which are designed to give you greater control over your personal data. We respect these rights and take your privacy seriously. In order to enable us to fulfil our obligations when providing services to you, we need to obtain your consent. Please review the attached Consent Form and confirm whether you consent to our processing of your personal data for the purposes set out in that Consent Form, by filling the form and sending it to email riga@amrop.com

You are not obliged to give your consent. If you choose to give your consent, you are free to withdraw it at any time, by sending an email to riga@amrop.com. However, if you do not provide consent, or provide consent and later withdraw it, we will likely be unable to provide you with certain services, like job placement.

International transfers of Relevant Personal Data – For the purposes set out in this Consent Form, Executive Search Baltics OÜ may transfer your Relevant Personal Data to recipients outside the jurisdiction in which your Relevant Personal Data were collected, normally to other the Amrop partners. In these cases, Executive Search Baltics OÜ shall comply with the relevant requirements of applicable law regarding such transfers. For transfers within the Amrop network, Executive Search Baltics OÜ relies on standard contractual clauses.

Security of Relevant Personal Data – Executive Search Baltics OÜ shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Relevant Personal Data.

Disclosures of Relevant Personal Data to third parties – In order to fulfil the purposes set out in this Consent Form, Executive Search Baltics OÜ does not disclose your Relevant Personal Data to third parties, except for other Amrop offices and Executive Search Baltics OÜ’s clients; Executive Search Baltics OÜ providers of IT services. Executive Search Baltics OÜ may disclose your personal data to third party providers of background screening services, in order to determine your suitability for particular roles.

Data retention – Executive Search Baltics OÜ may retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which those Personal Data were originally collected, or for such other periods and purposes as may be required or permitted under applicable law. Thereafter, Executive Search Baltics OÜ shall promptly delete or anonymise your personal data.

Your rights – Subject to applicable law (including any exemptions or derogations under such law), you may have a right to access your Relevant Personal Data, to have errors in your Relevant Personal Data rectified, and to object to the processing of your Relevant Personal Data on legitimate grounds.
